Help Center
Find the exact article you need.
Support is organized around reader and creator tasks, with searchable articles that reflect current Talevara behavior.
Getting Started
Account creation, sign-in, reading access, Library, and settings.
Create an account
Create an account with Talevara’s existing email or Google sign-in options to manage reading preferences and use Creator Studio.
Sign in and sign out
Use the existing secure email/password or Google sign-in flow to reach your Account, saved reading features, and Creator Studio.
Verify or recover your account
Use the sign-in provider’s verification and recovery flow to regain access without sharing secrets with Talevara Support.
Manage profile and settings
Find the account controls Talevara currently provides: nickname, sign-in management, reading access, privacy choices, data export, and deletion.
Understand your Library
Use your Library to return to stories you saved and, where reading progress is available, continue from your recent place.
Reading & Library
Start a story, follow branches, manage saved stories, and adjust the Reader.
Start or continue a story
Find approved public stories in Explore, review their details, then start a linear reading or follow a branching path.
How choices work
In an interactive story, each available choice sends the narrative along a route selected by the creator.
Progress and history
The Reader’s progress indicator describes your route through the story, not how far you have scrolled down the page.
Save or remove a story
Save a story to your Library for easier return, or remove its bookmark without affecting the work or your account.
Reader appearance
Use the Reader’s built-in display settings and your browser’s accessibility controls to make long-form reading more comfortable.
Annotations
Some stories use distinct blocks for dialogue, thoughts, or creator-provided context; these remain part of the story presentation.
Content warnings and AI labels
Read maturity ratings, content warnings, and AI disclosures before opening a story so you can make an informed choice.
Creating & Publishing
Write linear or branching stories, prepare covers, validate, and request review.
Creator capability
Any active Talevara account can use Create and Creator Studio to write linear or branching literature and manage its review status.
Create a story
Create a private draft first, then build a linear or branching story using the Creator Studio editor and its validation tools.
Story details
Story metadata helps readers decide whether a work suits them and gives Admin reviewers the information needed to review it.
Chapters and scenes
Use chapters and scenes to organize a story’s reading order, keep passages manageable, and place branches where they make sense.
Choices and branching
Choices turn a sequence of passages into a branching story by routing readers to destinations you define.
Flags and conditional logic
Conditional logic lets an interactive story remember earlier decisions and use them to control later routes or passages.
Annotations, dialogue, and thought blocks
Use the available writing blocks to distinguish dialogue, thoughts, or author-provided context while keeping the story’s reading order clear.
Map and Playtest
Map helps you inspect story structure, while Playtest lets you follow the authored routes before readers encounter them.
Import and export
Use only the story-data import or export controls that are actually shown in Creator Studio; V1 does not accept general manuscript or media uploads.
Publishing validation
Run the Creator Studio checks before submission so required details, links, choices, labels, and cover constraints are ready for review.
Publish, unpublish, or archive
Submission, approval, and your own unpublish action control whether readers can access each approved story version.
Versions and restoring
Talevara keeps a small, deliberate story-version set: one current draft, with limited previous and published versions when a story is public.
Safety & Moderation
Report story concerns, understand manual review, and follow eligible appeals.
Report content or conduct
Report a story when its content, rating, warning, disclosure, or rights status raises a specific concern; a report starts review, not automatic deletion.
Community Guidelines overview
Talevara’s conduct rules protect readers and creators while they publish, read, and report literature on the platform.
Moderation actions
Learn what a manual Admin review can mean for a reported story, its labels, or its availability, and where to look for the outcome.
Appeal a moderation decision
If a moderation notice says an action is appealable, use the linked appeal workflow and keep your response focused on that decision.
Privacy, Data & Access
Privacy choices, data rights, cookies, accessibility, and account security.
Privacy choices
Manage necessary site storage and the optional first-party story-metrics choice; optional metrics stay off unless you opt in and the deployment enables collection.
Export your data
Request a copy of your Talevara account data from Settings and review the export confirmation before downloading the file.
Delete your account
Settings offers three irreversible deletion choices. Read which profile details, drafts, and published works remain before confirming one.
Correct or request data
Use the Privacy or data request form to ask a question about your data or request a correction, copy, restriction, or deletion review.
Cookies and storage
Talevara uses necessary browser storage for sign-in, security, privacy choices, and features you request; optional story metrics require consent and configuration.
Accessibility
Talevara targets WCAG 2.2 AA and provides a support route for access barriers in reading, account, and creator workflows.
Security basics
Protect your Talevara account by securing its sign-in provider, recognizing unsafe requests, and reporting suspicious access promptly.
