Summary
Use the sign-in provider’s verification and recovery flow to regain access without sharing secrets with Talevara Support.
Steps
- Return to Talevara’s Log In page and choose the recovery or verification option offered for your sign-in method.
- For email sign-in, check that you entered the correct inbox and look in spam or filtered folders for the newest message.
- Open only the latest recovery link you requested; older links may expire or stop working after a new request.
- For Google sign-in, first confirm you can access the Google account attached to Talevara, then retry Google sign-in.
What to expect
- Password resets and email verification are handled through the existing sign-in provider; Support cannot see your password or issue a replacement password.
- Talevara does not ask you to send identity documents, passwords, one-time codes, or recovery links in a support case.
- Support may ask for non-secret details such as the error text, approximate time, browser, and a contact address for follow-up.
Troubleshooting
- If a link has expired, start a new recovery request and use the newest message rather than forwarding an old link.
- If you no longer control the email or Google account, submit an account/access support request and describe the access problem without guessing at credentials.
- If the page loops, try a private browser window after ensuring you can access the correct sign-in account.
