Summary
Protect your Talevara account by securing its sign-in provider, recognizing unsafe requests, and reporting suspicious access promptly.
Steps
- Use a unique password with the email/password sign-in method, or keep the linked Google account secure with its own protections.
- Protect the inbox used for verification and recovery; anyone who controls it may be able to affect account access.
- Use the visible Sign Out control on shared devices, and avoid leaving Account or Settings open where others can use them.
- Contact Support through the official Talevara site and share only the non-secret details needed to describe a problem.
What to expect
- Talevara Support will never need your password, one-time sign-in code, recovery link, private key, or full payment-card number.
- Current service account sign-in uses the supported email/password and Google options; support cannot bypass the account provider’s security checks.
- Reports of suspicious access should include the affected page, approximate time, and error or notification text, with secrets removed.
Troubleshooting
- If you suspect someone accessed your account, use the provider’s recovery flow, secure the associated email or Google account, then contact Account/Access Support.
- If you accidentally sent a secret, tell Support what type of information was exposed without repeating the value.
- If a message asks you to install software or sign in through an unfamiliar link, do not follow it; navigate to Talevara directly and report the message.
