In short
You can report a story from its page. Talevara reviews reports, explains moderation decisions, and provides an appeal route for eligible decisions.
1. What can be reported
Reports may concern Community Guidelines, Content Guidelines, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, scams, impersonation, privacy violations, or other platform-policy concerns. Dedicated routes may ask for different information.
2. Illegal-content notices
To report content you believe is illegal, use Safety & Reporting and include the exact Talevara URL and a brief explanation. The Legal Notice route is available for formal notices. Please provide only information needed to identify and assess the report.
3. Possible moderation actions
Depending on the report and the applicable rules, Talevara may take no action, add or change a label or age restriction, limit a story’s visibility, remove content, or restrict an account. We consider the context, seriousness, repetition, and risk. When a story is reported, it is hidden from general Explore while it is reviewed, but remains available to readers who already liked or saved it. Reports from three distinct accounts hide it from everyone until review. A report does not automatically delete the story. The creator and Admin are notified; the creator is told that review is underway and receives the outcome.
4. Statements of reasons
When we restrict content or an account, we explain what was affected and why, and provide an appeal route where one is available or required by law.
5. Appeals
If you disagree with a moderation decision, use Account → Moderation & appeals when that option is available, or contact Support for help accessing it. Appeals are free. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
6. Human review
Story publication and story reports receive human review. Automated checks may support safety and validation, but they do not replace the manual review of a reported story.
7. Out-of-court and regulatory options
You may also contact a relevant regulator or court, or use an out-of-court dispute route available under the law that applies to you. This policy does not take away those rights.
8. Abuse and repeat reporting
Good-faith reporting is protected by the process. Coordinated false reports, harassment through reporting tools, or repeated clearly unfounded submissions may be restricted where legally permitted.
9. Operations and records
Talevara keeps records of reports, decisions, and appeals for safety, support, and legal purposes. See the Privacy Policy for information about retention.
Questions about this policy?
Use Account → Moderation & appeals for the actual appeal. If you cannot access that workflow, open moderation appeal help so Support can investigate the access problem without duplicating the appeal decision.
