In short
These Creator Terms explain how you can create and publish stories on Talevara. You keep ownership of your work. Community features, monetization, advertising revenue, and creator payouts are not currently available.
1. Relationship to the Terms
These Creator Terms apply when you use Creator Studio, publish stories, or view any available story metrics. Any account eligible to use Talevara may use Creator Studio, subject to applicable law and account status. Access to age-restricted stories is controlled separately by rating-specific self-attestation. The general Terms of Service also apply.
2. Ownership and platform license
You retain your rights in creator content. The license granted in the Terms is intended to give Talevara the permissions needed to host, technically adapt, distribute, secure, moderate, and present the work through the service; it is not a transfer of copyright.
3. Creator representations
You must have the rights required to publish the work and included assets. You must provide accurate story details, maturity labels, AI labels, ownership information, and eligibility confirmations. Do not upload material on behalf of a minor or publish work that requires third-party commercial rights unless those rights are already secured.
4. Monetization eligibility
Talevara does not currently offer creator monetization or payouts.
5. Earnings and calculation
Creating or publishing a story on Talevara does not earn money. Talevara does not provide creator balances, revenue shares, tips, or payouts.
6. Payouts, deductions and taxes
Talevara does not collect payout or tax-verification information for creator earnings because no payout program is offered. Creators remain responsible for any obligations arising from work they commercialize independently outside Talevara.
7. Rankings and discovery
Explore uses public story information, reader-selected filters, and editorial controls. Talevara does not offer paid placement or use a creator’s account reading history to rank stories.
8. Data and analytics
If story metrics are available and a reader opts in, Creator Studio may show daily aggregate counts for your public stories: opens, reading starts, chapter reads, and completions. These are counts, not unique readers, and are not linked to reader accounts or sessions. Community features and individual reading histories are not shown to creators.
9. Changes, suspension and termination
We will explain material changes to these Creator Terms. If we restrict a creator account or story, we will provide a reason and an appeal route where available or required by law.
10. Business-user rights
Nothing in these Creator Terms removes rights that apply to you under the laws of your country, including any applicable business-user protections or dispute routes.
11. Current monetization status
Creator monetization and payouts are not available. Talevara does not collect tax or payout details and does not promise compensation for reading, creating, or publishing stories. If this changes, we will publish separate terms before offering a paid creator program.
